I’ll structure a weekly training microcycle with three sessions, outlining common errors and incorporating warm-up and cool-down routines. 核心训练(个人/双人)

  • 双人A:背身拿球转身射
    • 传球手直塞到脚下;接触1转身2射门
    • 4组×8次;加守门人或小门角标
  • 双人B:被动对抗
    • 轻阻挡在背后,允许身体对抗;完成护球→转身→射
    • 3组×6次;犯规线:手臂护球但不推人
  • 定向转身库
    • 内脚背内勾转身×10、外脚背外扣转身×10、克鲁伊夫×10、拉球回旋×10;左右各做
  • 首触方向训练
    • 来球不同角度(直塞、斜传、横传),要求首触带出“远离防守侧”再射
    • 3方向×2组×6次;错触球立即复盘原因(支撑脚位置/触球部位/触球力度)
  • 对抗与情景(比赛化)

  • 隧道压迫
    • 窄通道(3m宽),禁带外;训练在压迫下首触与保护球
  • 弱侧专项
    • 规定只能用非惯用脚射;距离缩短到7-9m,追求动作干净
  • 角度选择
    • 设远、近角小门;教练喊“远/近”临场改变决策,提升扫描-决策速度
  • 体能与力量(提升转身爆发与稳定)
